The Labor Standards Act stipulates minimum standards for wages, working hours, holidays, and other major working conditions.
Even If the company hires a worker, the company must prepare the three types of the designated documents, which are called "Legally stipulated three books" and keep them for a certain period of time.
Preparing these documents is also one of the public duties the immigration bureau request.
